Benefits of Honda CPO Vehicles

Honda has its own Certified Pre-Owned program offering various levels of certification. The HondaTrue program provides different tiers of qualifications and price points to make sure that anyone and everyone can get the model they want at a price that works for them. The different tiers do offer different things, but they all include the following benefits:

The differences between the tiers begin with the vehicle's age and mileage qualifications, the length of the limited warranty, and the amount of complimentary services included.

HondaTrue Certified

These are the top-tier CPO vehicles offered by Honda. To be considered for this tier, Models must be no more than five model years old and have fewer than 80,000 miles on them. On top of the benefits above, they come with seven years/100,000 miles of Powertrain Coverage and two additional years or up to 100,000 miles of Non-Powertrain Coverage. HondaTrue Certified vehicles also come with two complimentary oil changes within one year/12,000 miles of purchase.

HondaTrue Used

This is the next tier of models and can even include non-Honda vehicles as long as they meet the criteria, which adds to your options when you are looking for your ideal model. These cars, trucks, and SUVs are no older than 10 model years, and they have no mileage limit. The limited powertrain warranty lasts for six months/10,000 miles, and the non-powertrain coverage also lasts for six months/10,000 miles. These models get one complimentary oil change within the first year of ownership, so you can still benefit from complimentary maintenance to ensure you start out on the right foot and keep moving forward confidently.

HondaTrue Certified EV

Honda even has a Certified Pre-Owned program for its EVs. This tier offers fully electric models that have fewer than 80,000 miles on them. They come with eight years/100,000 miles of High Voltage Battery Coverage, as well as two additional years or up to 86,000 miles of Limited Warranty Coverage. Since you don't need oil changes in an EV, the HondaTrue Certified EV program includes four tire rotations as your complimentary maintenance.
